How To Purchase Goods
We have made buying from us as simple as possible. Enter the department you require and choose the quantity of the item you wish to buy. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on add to basket. Buy items from other departments in the same way. Choose the destination of your goods from the Calculate Shipping drop-down menu. Change quantities in your basket and recalculate. When you are ready click Checkout. Scroll down, completing all the required fields and then proceed to the secure payment pages. After authorisation, you will be returned to our website where you may contact us to leave any special instructions about your order or send feedback.
Paying online is simple, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Switch/Solo, Mastercard (excluding Maestro) and JCB. If you wish to place an offline order and pay by cheque or postal order then please contact us for more details. Please make cheques payable to Natures World and send with clear delivery instructions and a contact telephone number.
Is my transaction secure?
Yes, our on-line transactions are managed by Protx, a secure payment services provider.
What if I have problems ordering?
Common reasons for problems when pressing the order button are;
i) You are using an old browser that doesn't support SSL encryption.
ii) You are browsing from behind a corporate firewall that will not allow secure connections. Speak to the system administrator at your office. They will either rectify the problem or you will have to order from another location.
To check, point your browser to https://www.microsoft.com/ if you cannot connect to the Microsoft secure server it is likely that one of the above faults apply. If you are able to connect to Microsoft please call our hotline number and report the fault to us. We will assist you if we can.
What if I do not receive my goods?
Please wait 7 days if you are in the UK or 14 days if you are overseas. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact us at email@example.com or telephone us on 01473 467949 with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue quickly.
When is my credit card debited?
Your card will normally be debited when you place your order. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we will credit your card with the value of these items. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.
What happens if my card authorisation fails?
If the authorisation fails, the most likely explanation is that you have input your card details incorrectly. If this happens, press the back button on your browser and you will be returned to the card input page. Check that all the details are correct, and make any changes necessary before proceeding. If all the details are correct and you still fail to get an authorisation then we advise that you contact your card issuer to establish why your card was not authorised.
What risks are involved in buying online?
All personal data, including your card number is transmitted over secure connections, meaning that no-one can 'eavesdrop' and capture your details. In addition to this, your card details are not viewable by us at all. You are protected because the transaction was carried out as 'Cardholder not present.' We will only despatch goods to the address of the cardholder. Payments will be refunded to your card should it be used fraudulently by someone else or you do not receive what you ordered.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Honeyrose reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion. However, if we do refuse your order, we will tell you our reasons.
Acknowledgement of Orders
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail. Acknowledgement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. It is simply a confirmation to you that the order has been received.

This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel your order before despatch any payments made by you will be refunded to you within 30 days.
Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to:

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
Damaged / Faulty Goods on Receipt
If goods are damaged or faulty on receipt, please keep the goods together with the packaging and contact us immediately for guidance.
